Artist exhibition proposals should be a PDF document that includes and is not limited to:

• 8-10 images of recent artworks. These should be indicative of what you wish to exhibit. (If you can not provide these in a PDF, please supply clearly labelled JPEGS no larger than 700k each).

• An Exhibition Statement. This must include an outline of how our gallery will be utilised along with a description of works for the exhibition.

• An Artist Statement. This must outline your current practice and how this will be reflected in proposed exhibited works.

• Artist CV including prior exhibitions.

• Link to website and instagram.

• Curatorial advice before and during exhibition install.

• Exhibition installer. Artists may need to assist depending on scale and weight of works.

• Design and supply of digital exhibition flyer for artist distribution.

• Artwork listings on website and online store for ease of collector purchases.

• E-newsletter promotion (800+ gallery e-subscribers and collectors)

• Online listing and promotion through Onwards Gallery’s Facebook and Instagram.

• Documentation of exhibition and listing on Onwards Gallery website.

• Wall mounted artist statement plus printed gallery price list.

• Exhibition opening event and donation bar service with local beer and wine selection.

• Catering package on opening night. Additional catering can be provided for a fee.

• Onwards Gallery representatives sit gallery on weekends that exhibitions are open.

• Onwards Gallery director availability for ‘By Appointment Only’ scheduling.

• Restoration of Gallery walls after install to be back to pre-exhibition standard.

• Onwards gallery offers extensive three week exhibitions that exist both in the gallery and online. Weekend Pop Up exhibitions are also available for emerging artists only.

• Onwards Gallery holds 30% commission on sales listed on the catalogue and online.

• Once an artist proposal has been accepted, artists are required to sign the exhibition agreement which outlines the artist and gallery's responsibilities and requirements.

• Pop Up Exhibitions share all exhibition inclusions apart from documentation, website listings and online sales.
